Members of the GOG Triathlon Club have been raising funds for the amazing water heroes, the brave lifesavers at the RNLI. The GOG Squad have been busy clocking up the miles, swimming, cycling, running and walking. They have reached over 10,500 miles and have completed more than 12 laps of the Wales Coastal path.
There have been Ultras, Half marathons, training runs, a sea swim event, lake and pool swims, epic bike rides, and training in “yellow” days to raise awareness.
The RNLI are very important to all of us, especially living by the sea. This year is already proving to be a very busy year for the volunteers.
The GOGs have raises £695 so far. Thank you to everyone involved and all who donated. It’s still not too late – here is the link to donate.
