The GOG Triathlon Club currently has 21 trained coaches and offers the following sessions on most weeks. Any changes will be communicated via the members private Facebook page. Anyone is welcome to attend these sessions, but we do ask that you join the club if you take part more than once or twice.
The following training events are open to paid up GOG members only. You must sign-up in advance for each session. Entries for run training open 24 hours in advance and for swimming 48 hours. Enter at https://gogtriathlonclub.niftyentries.com/
Sunday Swimming – All abilities if you can swim 50m or more (sorry no non-swimmers). Llandudno swimming centre at 7:50 am. £6.00 for members (£7.50 non-members) payable poolside.
Monday Running – Intermediate to advanced. Meet in the foyer of Llandudno swimming centre at 6:50 pm. Free of charge.
Thursday Running – Beginner to intermediate. Meet in the car park of Porth Eirias, Colwyn Bay at 6:50 pm. Free of charge.
There will normally be an informal cycle ride on Sundays after swim training. Details will be shown on the private members GOG Facebook page.
