Separate races for Junior (under 17), Female only, Beginner Open and Experience Open.
Short course intended to introduce/sharpen race skills for future events.
Every competitor will have the chance for at least two races.
Arrive from 10am for registration and course familiarisation. Races from midday.
Format will be Run 400m – Bike 1,500m – Run 400m.
