We will do our best to keep this calendar up to date, so that you can plan your weeks ahead. Over the winter the Urban Orienteering takes place on the 1st Thursday of each month instead of a GOG running session.
The parkrun dates listed below are for those taking part in the GOG winter challenge. We encourage you all to take part on those days if you can.
